GLP-1 / Metabolic

Retatrutide + Cagrilintide

Also known as: Reta + Cagri, Triple-agonist + amylin blend

Research use only · not FDA-approved research only

Pre-mixed metabolic blend combining retatrutide, an investigational GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple receptor agonist, with cagrilintide, a long-acting amylin analog, both targeting appetite, satiety and energy balance for weight loss. Neither component is FDA-approved: retatrutide is in Eli Lilly's Phase 3 TRIUMPH program (NDA anticipated late 2026, approval not expected before 2027), and cagrilintide is investigational, studied mainly in Novo Nordisk's CagriSema combination. This specific blend is not an approved product and has no published controlled human efficacy or safety data; any rationale is inferred from the separate development-stage compounds, and combination-specific human data is lacking.
